Richard A. Doyon, PhD, Managing Principal
Richard Doyon is a business and technology executive
with over 25 years experience. His broad background
and world view help him ask the right questions of
his clients, enabling them to discover new and innovative
solutions to complex issues. Past consulting experience
ranges from Fortune 500 companies to the Soviet Academy
of Science and Soviet Association of Artificial Intelligence.
He studied Electrical Engineering at Northeastern
University and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst,
and received his PhD in Sociology from the University
of Washington. He is Adjunct Professor of Management
at the Loyola University Graduate School of Business.
Formerly, he was CTO and VP Business and Corporate
Development and on the Board of BMG Seltec, a software
company providing Fortune 1000 construction materials
companies with sophisticated enterprise and production
management systems. |

Before that he was at Avery Dennison where he was responsible
for Worldwide Software Projects, including the design, development
and simultaneous release of Avery DesignPro in 7 languages
for 10 international markets. He was a director of the UCLA
Anderson School’s Center for Digital Media; Vice President
of Product Development and Engineering at Microfast Software
Corporation where he designed and developed one of the first
touch-screen point-of-sale systems for clients including
Southland (7-Eleven), Circle-K, Cumberland Farms, and others;
and General Manager of US Imaging and Security, an early
developer and adopter of digital imaging and RFID technology.
He has co-authored five feature film screenplays with Jane
Hall and, with Jane Hall and Petra Luna Knieper, won the
Golden Palm Award for Best Script at the 2003 Beverly Hills
Film Festival for Eggs
in America.
Most recently, he and Jane Beaumont Hall wrote and produced
an award-winning feature film, The
Tillamook Teasure, though their company
Bright
Light Studio.

Jane Beaumont Hall, Esq., Managing Principal
Jane Hall, esq. is an estate planning attorney,
professional mediator, facilitator, and strategic
scenario planner. She practiced law as a prosecutor
and litigator for fourteen years. As a litigator,
Ms. Hall was a partner in a successful Seattle law
firm where she maintained Martindale Hubble’s
highest rating (the attorney rating service) and served
on the King County Superior Court’s Blue Ribbon
Panel of Mediators and Arbitrators. In 1993, she relocated
her mediation /arbitration practice to Los Angeles.
As a mediator, Ms. Hall has settled over a hundred
and fifty mediation cases, primarily business and
non-profit disputes.
She currently serves as President of Bright Light
Studio, an award winning multimedia company and is
on the Board of Directors of the 18th Street Arts
Center in Santa Monica. |

Ms. Hall has been a weekly columnist on arts/entertainment
for the Los Angeles Daily Commerce newspaper, Editor for
Schoolcity.com, author of numerous Continuing Legal Education
Materials and web articles.
She received her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School and
her Masters in Fine Arts is from University of Southern
California’s School of Cinema-Television.
She has co-authored five feature film screenplays with
